Policies and Procedures

Paent Coach, Suzy DeYoung offer moms, dads, couples or groups four one-hour sessions of coaching. There is initially a thirty minute consultation to determine if this coaching program is for you. This consultation is free of charge. If you decide to move forward the cost for the four coaching sessions is $300 payable in advance. Suzy accepts pay-pal on line payments for your convenience and also offers unlimited email coaching throughout. Resources such as relevant parenting articles, books, publications, and referrals are also provided or recommended throughout the coaching program. 

Suzy is available for coaching and for consultations in the Peace of Mind Parent Coaching Connecticut office as well as over the phone for parents who prefer phone sessions or who live elsewhere. 

Your Privacy Is Important

Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, phone numbers, email addresses, etc., only when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

Distribution of Information
We don't rent, sell or otherwise share your information with anyone for any marketing purposes. We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is never provided to any company for marketing purposes.

Your personally identifiable information is always kept secure and confidential.
